You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Kindly note every products is being double checked before being sent to the customer to insure the quality of each item sold.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Please contact us for delivery quotation as we have a wide range of products which come in different sizes and weights.
- It is recommended to quote shipping costs before purchase. Quotes will include delivery insurance to make sure products will be delivered in the same condition as they have been sent.
- Please provide product description or/and item code, suburb , postcode, and a contact number for quick quotation.
- Purchased items can be sent within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery dates will be provided according to courier estimation.
- Please note that all deliveries are unloaded to the main entrance of the building/house. Kindly note that some items may need more than one person to move due to heavy weight.
- Purchased items will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Maximum period until the goods are delivered will be 5 working days.
- Orders will be packaged in our own packaging which have a picture of the product, full information and having PLUX logo.
